With a goal of doubling last year’s production and reaching 10 to 12 million in sales volume, this resolution is centered on disciplined growth, balance, and showing up at the highest level.

Community Focused Business Growth

Another team member is making community involvement a top priority. By becoming more active locally, the goal is to stand out while also giving back in a meaningful and positive way. This approach reflects the belief that strong community connections lead to strong businesses, with a sales goal of 5 million for the year.

Discipline in Daily Habits

Several agents are committing to greater discipline in everyday life, including healthy eating, moving their bodies, and following through on personal deadlines. These habits support not only personal wellness but also professional performance and consistency for clients.
