Celebrating Nurses, Teachers & Coaches

Behind every showing, negotiation, late night phone call, and client celebration is a team built on service, compassion, and connection. This month especially, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the educators, nurses, and coaches who make up our team and community. May is a month dedicated to celebrating both teachers and nurses, and at WCD, those professions are deeply woven into who we are.

Before real estate, Brooke Coughlin spent years as a teacher, helping shape and mentor students in the classroom. The patience, communication, and leadership she developed through education continue to influence the way she leads clients and our team today. Her ability to guide people through major life decisions with empathy and confidence is something that began long before real estate. In addition to Brooke's commitment we recognize members of our families who have commited to educating the youth.

Abigail Chrisafideis continues to actively work as a nurse while also balancing real estate and community involvement. Her dedication to caring for others is evident in every aspect of her life, whether she is supporting patients, helping clients through stressful transitions, or participating in local giveback initiatives. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and genuinely care for people is what makes her so impactful both inside and outside of this industry.

Stephanie Dolphin also brings an incredible healthcare background to our team, having worked as a nurse for 15 years before transitioning into real estate. The compassion, discipline, and resilience required in nursing have carried over into the way she serves clients every single day. Her experience has given her a unique ability to connect with people during both exciting and emotional moments in life.

Beyond nursing and education, Erin Messier's role as a coach reflects another important part of what makes our team culture so special. After spending four years coaching varsity volleyball and basketball, Erin has made a lasting impact on countless young women through mentorship, leadership, and encouragement both on and off the court.
