From festive traditions to high-energy fundraisers, WCD events are designed to bring people together in meaningful ways. When asked about favorite community events and givebacks, our team’s responses reflected both the diversity and heart behind everything we do.

For some, it’s the joy of the holidays. “Christmas Presents!!” stood out as a favorite, highlighting the magic of giving during a meaningful time of year.

Others love the fun and connection of friendly competition. Whether it’s “The golf tournament” or a classic “Cornhole!” event, these gatherings create space for laughter, relationships, and lasting memories.

And then there are the moments that leave a deeper impact. One team member shared how a BINGO night supporting the Scholastic Sports Zone Foundation stood out as their favorite:

“It was just such a fun night of 100 plus people gathered, great energy in the room raising money for a great cause.”

With causes like providing AEDs to local schools, these events go far beyond entertainment—they save lives and strengthen communities.

Even for newer team members, the excitement is already building:

“Not sure yet but I think it’ll be ElevateHER or Corn Hole…”
