Behind every showing, every closing, and every set of keys handed over is a team of real genuine people. We asked everyone a few questions so you can get to know them beyond real estate, from their coffee orders to their favorite part of helping clients.

Maddie Parvey

Maddie will be the first to tell you she hates coffee, but she does love a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher from Dunkin. Her dream is to live somewhere near the beach, and her first job was at HomeGoods with Elizabeth. She loves Italian pasta and salmon, and while she says she does not have a hidden talent, her real strength is helping others grow.

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“I love being able to help them take that next step in their lives. Helping people grow is always the goal.”

Brooke Coughlin

Brooke’s go to is a hot blonde vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso, and she dreams of having a summer home in Greece. Before real estate, she was a teacher, and she still carries that passion for guiding others.

 

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“My favorite thing is handing someone the keys and knowing I did not just help them buy a house. I helped them level up their life.”

Ashley Marrama

Ashley loves an iced matcha with oat milk and dreams of living in Winchester. She was a lifeguard for her first job and has a hidden talent, a true green thumb, with a special love for gardening and growing beautiful flowers. She loves sushi and helping clients reach the finish line.

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“Getting them to the finish line to start a new chapter.”

Maddy Benoit

Maddy’s go to drink is an iced chai with oat milk, and she dreams of Tennessee. Her very first job was at the Wonder Bar and has a love for cooking, and Kai Sushi in Worcester is one of her favorite go to spots.

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“Watching their nerves, doubt, and worry ease with the right guidance through the process.”

Samantha Worden

Samantha is not a coffee fan and would love to live on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Her first job was rolling trash bags at town hall, and she can throw a football pretty well. She loves steak and Italian food.

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“The satisfaction of happy clients.”

Alissa Tosches

Alissa loves a vanilla latte with whole milk and dreams of living in Hawaii or somewhere in Massachusetts. Her first job was working as a hostess, and she has always loved Mexican food.

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“My favorite part is building new relationships and helping people start their journey to building wealth through homeownership.”

Gabriella Graham

Gabby loves a chai latte and dreams of living in East Lyme, Connecticut. She started her career with babysitting and has a talent for drawing. She loves Italian food and bringing ideas to life.

“In marketing, I love when my clients get to see their ideas come to life.”

Jeff Marget

Jeff keeps it simple with black coffee and dreams of living on the water. He began his journey by working for a swimming pool company and loves Abe and Louie’s.

“Seeing the joy on my clients faces after closing.”

Benjamin Carbone

Benjamin’s drink of choice is black cold brew, and he expresses his dream place to live is wherever Brooke is. He started off as an auction associate and says his hidden talent is “predicting the future.” His favorite is Blackies in Smithfield, especially the gluten free pizza.

Abigail Chrisafideis

Abigail loves iced caramel macchiatos and dreams of living on a beach in Europe. She worked at a hockey rink and loves ice cream.

 

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“I am helping them find the place where they will have their most precious, important memories.”

Chelsea Brennan

Chelsea loves hot coffee with cream and protein and dreams of ocean views on the South Shore. She worked in retail and has a strong dance background in tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, jazz, and Latin. She loves Italian food, especially Salvatore’s and Orta.

What she loves most about helping her clients:

“Being their confidant through it all is my favorite part.”

Jaliah Bernal

Jaliah prefers matcha and tea and dreams of Florida. She worked at Friendly’s and says her talent is cooking with love. She loves Brazilian and Colombian food.

“The joy of them accomplishing something they thought they could not.”
