Jacob Garrity

Jacob Garrity is a dedicated REALTOR® and member of the We Close Deals Team at Lamacchia Realty. A 2025 graduate of Nichols College with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Jacob brings a strong academic foundation and an authentic passion for helping people navigate the real estate process.

Born and raised in Southwick, MA, Jacob entered the industry driven by his lifelong interest in real estate and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. His approach is centered around listening to his clients’ values and working collaboratively to help them reach their goals—whether buying their first home, upgrading, or making a sound investment.

Jacob’s decision to join Lamacchia Realty and the We Close Deals Team was a natural one, drawn by the unmatched support system and mentorship that fosters growth and success for every agent.

Outside of real estate, Jacob is the Head Baseball Coach for the Powerhouse Bulldogs in East Longmeadow, MA. Coaching is more than just a hobby—it’s a passion rooted in years of playing baseball himself, including at the collegiate level before a back injury shifted his path. He brings that same leadership, teamwork, and drive to his work with clients.

When he’s not helping people with their real estate goals or coaching, Jacob enjoys boating, skiing, camping, live music, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. His energy, integrity, and commitment make him a trusted guide for anyone looking to buy or sell in Massachusetts.
