Erin Messier, REALTOR®, is a Sutton native with a degree and MBA from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. As Director of Development at Isenberg, she blends her business expertise with a lifelong passion for real estate, serving clients across MA, CT, and RI with exceptional care and attention to detail. Known for her white-glove service and strong client relationships, Erin delivers expert guidance and outstanding results. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, skiing, baking, volunteering, and coaching youth basketball.

Erin Messier is a dedicated REALTOR® with a robust foundation in business management. A proud graduate of the UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management, she completed her undergraduate degree in 2018 and earned her MBA in 2024. Erin is currently the Director of Development at the Isenberg School of Management, where she plays a key role in advancing the school’s initiatives. She combines her extensive education and lifelong passion for real estate to provide unparalleled service to her clients.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Erin enjoys a well-rounded and active lifestyle. She loves boating on hot summer days, skiing in the winter, baking her famous chocolate chip cookies and sourdough bread, volunteering her time to help mentor others, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Erin’s genuine love for helping others extends beyond her real estate career, as she is an active board member on the Scholastic Sports Zone Foundation as well as a volunteer basketball coach in her town.
