Samantha Worden, REALTOR®, is a dedicated member of the We Close Deals Team at Lamacchia Realty’s Auburn office. Licensed in 2023, she was inspired by her own home buying experience to guide clients with ease, confidence, and care. Known for her reliability and commitment to stress-free transactions, she brings strong financial skills and attention to detail from her background in the veterinary field, auto industry, and dealership accounting. A Franklin County native and active PTO board member, Samantha is passionate about giving back to her community while raising her three children.
My Story
Samantha Worden is a dedicated and client-focused REALTOR® out of the Lamacchia Realty Auburn office. She obtained her real estate license in September 2023 and immediately began her career, driven by a deep passion for the home buying process—one she first discovered during her own experience as a buyer. That journey inspired her to help others navigate the process with ease, confidence, and support.
As a proud member of the We Close Deals Team, Samantha is known for her consistency, reliability, and unwavering accessibility. She is committed to making every transaction as stress-free as possible, ensuring her clients feel informed and empowered every step of the way.
Before transitioning into real estate, Samantha built a diverse professional background, working in both the veterinary field and the auto industry. For the past five years, she worked in the accounting office of a car dealership, honing her financial expertise and customer service skills—both essential in real estate. Her ability to manage details, communicate effectively, and problem-solve makes her a valuable asset to her clients.
Beyond real estate, Samantha is deeply invested in her community. A Western Massachusetts native, she was born and raised in Franklin County, where she continues to raise her three amazing children—a 16-year-old daughter, a 10-year-old daughter, and a 5-year-old son. Her family includes two beloved dogs and seven chickens. She is an active member of the elementary school PTO board, consistently working to support local families and schools. Her long-term goal is to achieve financial freedom so she can give back and help those struggling in her community, whether through assisting individual families or supporting specific groups in need.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys playing volleyball, snowboarding, and spending summer days at the beach—her favorite place to unwind. Her strong work ethic, passion for helping others, and dedication to her clients make her a trusted real estate professional ready to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals.
