Madeline Parvey

Madeline “Maddie” Parvey is a passionate and driven REALTOR® with Lamacchia Realty and a proud member of The We Close Deals Team. A Massachusetts native, Maddie brings local expertise, fresh perspective, and genuine care to every client interaction. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate at Nichols College, where she’s graduating early in December 2025.

Real estate has been part of Maddie’s life for as long as she can remember. Inspired by her mother’s career as a lender and their shared love of exploring homes together, Maddie knew by middle school that real estate was her calling. Since then, she has built a strong foundation through internships with Keller Williams and Byrnes Real Estate Group, where she gained hands-on experience in marketing, analytics, and the MLS. As Chief Marketing Officer for Bison Consulting Group at Nichols and a Resident Assistant, Maddie has honed leadership, organization, and even property management skills.

Maddie grew up in Westminster and now lives in Lunenburg, with strong ties to the Boston area as well. She’s known for her hustle, honesty, and heart—whether she’s helping first-time buyers, guiding sellers through their next chapter, or giving back to the community through her team’s charitable efforts. Giving back has always been at the core of who Maddie is. From organizing fundraisers for children with cancer in middle school to now supporting causes with each transaction, her mission is to make a meaningful difference.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Maddie walking her two dogs, enjoying family game nights, reading by the pool, or hitting the gym. With a deep-rooted love for real estate and a sincere commitment to helping others, Maddie is ready to make your next move one to remember.
